Customers are emailed a shipping confirmation containing tracking information when the order ships, and are notified immediately if there are any delays in order fulfillment.

USPS

All orders shipped by USPS will include tracking information, which can be accessed at any time at http://www.usps.com. Transit times below are provided by USPS and are only an estimate, not a guarantee, of delivery time.

USPS First Class Delivery (standard free shipping): 2 - 5 business days, including Saturdays.

USPS Priority Mail (optional expedited service): 1 - 3 business days, including Saturdays.

UPS

All orders shipped by UPS will include tracking information, which can be accessed at http://www.ups.com. Transit times below are provided by UPS and are only an estimate, not a guarantee, of delivery time.

UPS Ground (standard free shipping): 1 - 5 business days.

Expedited orders sent by UPS will be sent via UPS Three Day Select at an additional charge.

All international orders are sent by UPS, and customer is responsible for all duty and brokerage fees.
