Your order will ship within 2 business days of cleared payment, and you will be emailed at that time. We ship all packages via USPS or UPS, with tracking. Estimated delivery times are as follows: Domestic Standard 2 - 5 business days, Priority 2 - 3 business days; International Standard varies, Priority 6 - 10 business days.

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the item. Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer for a year (unless specifically stated otherwise). The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions of purchase. Full refunds, including shipping and handling costs, are only issued for item defects or errors made by Sun & Moon Ecolight. When a return is due to customer error, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
RETURN PROCEDURES
1) Obtain an Return Authorization Number (RA#) from Sun & Moon Ecolight.
Please note that a Return Authorization does not guarantee final
disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. The item must be in original factory condition: including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or packaging.
2) Pack product/s in a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Include a copy of the RA form, or email (including order number) regarding the return. Ship via USPS, for convenience and economy.
NO GOODS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION (RA#).
